Business Improvement Techniques eLearning developed

A comprehensive training needs analysis was completed to scope the specific requirement by engaging with key stakeholders and end-users. Suitable software was identified and an assessment strategy was implemented to incorporate the required activity assessment. The material was designed to specification to enhance learner engagement using the corporate colour palettes and brand guidelines.

The dynamic training material was deployed via a smart tablet. The courseware was divided into fifteen manageable learning outcomes and an integrated menu page was developed to create an efficient user journey. The platform was then tested across desktop WIN/MAC, Android, and iOS devices.

The platform included a Personal Responsibilities Statement (PRS) which empowered learners to ensure all material has been studied and they are confident in using the skills learned. Learners were required to correctly place equipment in a virtual hangar in accordance with company Health and Safety guidelines. On successful completion of the assessment, a digital certificate is awarded as record of achievement and competency. ”Learners have received this program with open arms and feel that it is a fun and interactive method of learning. They felt able to go over the module multiple times if they felt they were keeping the class behind with silly questions. Great application to learn in a fun and interactive way. The program is easy to use and understandable”. ”We have had a very positive response from our students, and plan to convert some of our other learning into this interactive learning platform”.
