TAG eLearning Service

TAG required an efficient and timely delivery to meet their highly demanding schedules for aircraft specific, mandatory and supplementary training courses. For certain developments, a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) was completed with input from TAG to understand their learning objectives while supporting their business goals. We work closely with TAG subject matter experts (SME) throughout to ensure the eLearning is in-line with their expectations and fulfils high quality eLearning outcomes for the learner.

Each new course has a uniformed design utilising TAGs corporate identity and values. Due to the high level of regulatory compliance required, we have designed a balance between interactive and self-learning to give the learner control and flexibility while offering a refined bespoke eLearning look and feel. Utilising our in-house Graphic Designers, we have created intuitive graphics and media to enhance the design and overall experience.

During the application phase of each development, our designers have established and maintained a structured communication strategy with the TAG stakeholders ensuring a smooth transition from plan to build. For an eLearning build, we use the authoring tool ‘Articulate Storyline 360’ by utilising its cutting-edge features to give the best results for TAG. For online examinations, we have the ability to use both ‘Articulate Storyline 360’ and our built-in online examination system to host multiple choice assessments. Through all of our developments, the learner, the learning outcomes and regulatory compliance are a core focus when choosing the correct approach for delivery.

The TAG eLearning courses and examinations have been produced and maintained to ensure a high-quality outcome for TAG employees. We’ve received excellent feedback from multiple TAG stakeholders, with an emphasis on the smooth transition throughout the design, development and publishing process as well as the professionalism, knowledge and consistency of our designers throughout each of the projects. Having the ability and privilege to support TAG’s business goals, learning requirements and standards of safety within the aircraft for both flight crew and passengers has been a huge success story for our Learning Design team.
